Since June 2007 after her shocking conviction of murder in the accidental death of 2-year-old Noah Shoup,
an ever growing group of family, friends, believers and complete strangers have come together to raise
the funds necessary to work through the appeals process. Through a series of fund raisers and private donations,
this dedicated group, Team Marsha, raised thousands of dollars toward attorney's fees that are needed to help
her find justice and win a new trial to prove the boy accidentally fell down steps.

The outpouring of concern, cards, emails and prayers following the Feb. 12 death of Tom Vaughan has been overwhelming.
Our children and grandchildren also appreciate the kindness of words of comfort from friends and family. Tom and his wife Brenda have been strong in their belief in my innocence.
